  • Our leases are typically offered on a 1-year term, providing both stability and flexibility for tenants. At the end of the lease, you can renew, explore other options, or choose to move out, depending on your needs.

  • Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and payments can be made through our Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) system for convenience and timely transactions.

  • Tenants are responsible for paying water and electricity bills, and we partner with Metergy to provide these services. You will need to set up your accounts directly with Metergy to manage these utilities during your lease term.

  • Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Should any damages occur during your stay, please notify us immediately. For minor repairs, tenants are expected to handle them, but for more significant issues, we will coordinate with you to ensure the necessary repairs are made in a timely manner.

  • As per the terms of your lease agreement, tenants are required to provide a minimum of 60 days' written notice prior to vacating the property. This notice must be submitted to the landlord or property management in writing, outlining your intention to move out by the specified date. Failure to provide the full 60-day notice may result in additional fees or penalties as outlined in your lease agreement.
