24/7 Emergency Lines

For emergencies, please contact your onsite superintendent.

Emergencies include any of the following:


Fire • No power • No heat • No Water • Leaks, burst pipes and floods • Smoke alarm malfunction • Fridge or stove not working

Rent Receipts.

We distribute rent receipts to our current tenants suite door, annually, in February.

If you would like more information, please contact your Building Manager.

For our past tenants:

You can request rent receipts by calling or emailing us. Please provide the leaseholder’s name, building address, suite number, and the year you require the receipt for. Receipts are emailed within one week.
